Hello. I'm Myles Jordan, a Marketing Expert with 15 years of experience in branding, content strategy, and digital marketing for Global Fortune 500 companies like Samsung and Midea. I specialize in crafting content experiences that delight, using data to ensure it reaches the right audience, at the right moment, to maximize engagement and impact. Partnering with consumer and market research firms such as Ipsos, Kantar, Harris Poll, and Civic Science, I help brands position themselves to compete and win even in challenging markets. With over a decade of experience leading Brand and Digital Marketing teams, I am an expert at identifying and creating target audiences, building marketing plans, and designing effective communication strategies and campaigns.
Creative and Content Strategy
Creating content with a clearly defined purpose is why my work has always performed well. I begin every project asking the same three questions: Who is this for (target audience)? What do you want them to do (call to action)? How do we measure success (performance and learnings)? With this simple brief, the messaging and tone, format, and channel investment can be defined to ensure we are successful.
Data, Technology , and Automation
McKinsey's 2021 Personalization Report found that 71% of US consumers expect a personalized shopping experience, and 76% get frustrated if when it's not. I have over 12 years experience launching automated, always-on, data-driven marketing programs. I am a MarTech expert who uses machine learning to build lead scoring models, and target customers with highly relevant content to drive incremental sales conversions.

Chief Idea Officer
Responsible for the creative, media strategy and launch for Midea America's first national, Omni-channel campaign to increase brand awareness and drive retail sales of full lineup of appliances. Starring Sam Richardson as our cheeky and fun "Chief Idea Officer".
Ride the Wave AR Experience
To support the launch of the the Midea Top Load "Wave" Impeller Washer I launched a Digital Retail Experience in 1500 Lowes stores, using augmented reality (AR) to engage customers at the point-of-sale and increase in-store sales which won the Horizon Interactive Award for “Best AR Retail Demo”
